Pricing:  What's the cost of investing on our wedding day images?
A: We want to meet and get to know you and your fiancé over coffee, our treat and share our wedding collections, services, and pricing with you.  We can also talk to you over the phone, text, or email. For more detailed pricing, or questions, please email or text us at (559) 824-7555.   
 
How many images should I expect from my engagement session and/or wedding?
A: We average about 50 images an hour. After your session, we will provide you with a password to view all your images on your own private site.  You are welcome to share the password with all your friends and family.  
 
Are there any additional fees beyond the package hours?
A: Our wedding packages can include from 4 to 8 hours, each additional hour is 250.00 per hour thereafter.  
 
What will you need from me to reserve the date?
A:  We require a signed contract and retainer of 20% for wedding date reservations.
 
Do I get my deposit back if the wedding (or any other session that requires a deposit) gets cancelled or the date is changed?
A: Unfortunately No. There is a limited amount of weekends during the year. With that in mind, we need to collect a non refundable deposit.  This also applies for any deposit that is paid towards any session such as senior, portraits, holiday, children, families, business, maternity, quinceneras, engagement, etc.)
 
Do you travel out of town?  What is the travel fee?  
A: Additional fees do apply for out of town (Fresno/Clovis) photo sessions.  Destination sessions, traveling fee are based on mileage, overnight stays, and park entry fees. 
 
What is your pricing for weddings?

Do you back up your images?
A:  We will try to maintain your images in our archives for 6 months for weddings and quinceneras and 3 months for all other sessions (senior, portraits, holiday, children, families, business, maternity).  However, we can not guarantee replacement during or after the 6 or 3 month period. There is a replacement fee if you lose or misplace your images. 
 
Do you provide the digital files on a CD?
A: All wedding digital files are placed on a CD or thumb drive (additional fee for thumb drive)  All other sessions and images are available for download from our private site.  
 
What rights do I have with the digital images?
A: You will have personal printing and reproduction rights to your engagement and wedding photos. Please don't manipulate or enhance images that we have provided either on Social media or personal use.  
 
Do you edit or touch up the images?
A: We color correct and do minor retouching on each photo. Major facial blemish removal or object removal may be additional depending on the client preferences.  
 
How long before I receive my pictures? 
A: Typically it takes about 3 months depending on the volume and time of wedding season.
 
How long do I have to place my photo order?
A: You have up to 3 months to place your order.  If it exceeds the 3 month period, we have the right to choose which images will be print for you. 
 
How many images should I expect from my Wedding?
A: We typically deliver about 50 images per hour.  
 
How far in advance should we book?
A: We recommend you contact us asap.  We do  start booking a year in advance. Call us and we can share our availability with you.
